Amara Clubhouse is 34.02% completed. Completion date is November 30,
2006.                                           

Amara land development works is 30.73% completed.

Landscaping works has been awarded. Mobilization and delivery of plan
ts and materials already started.               

Executive Committee meeting was conducted last September 14, 2006 to
give updates to top management and principals.  

Access road to be ready by October 30, 2006.

Construction Sports Facilities to start by January 2007.

Bidding and awarding of Sewage Treatment Plant is on-going.

On-going activities on the construction of permanent fence and would
be done by November 30, 2006.
