Completion of the land development contract remaining works is by end of April 2007 except for the permanent water and power supply. Negotiation and finalization of water and power supply with MCWD and VECO respectively are in progress and will be delivered prior to September 2007 commitment

Completed works were underground system utilities (i.e. electrical cables, waterline, sewer line and drainage), concrete sidewalks and pavement.
