Tensile roof at beach bar is 100% complete.

Swimming pool is 85% complete. Pumps installation is in progress and expected for completion by end of this month. Minor finishing works including testing and commissioning of the swimming pool equipment is expected by first week of May. 

Punchlist works on architectural finishes were conducted and final checking or signing-off with the project team is scheduled by end of April.

Cleaning/housekeeping are being conducted on a daily basis by the contractor.

Generator set, lighting fixtures and plumbing installation were tested and commissioned ready for operation.

Permanent power energization is expected by month of May 2007.

Clubhouse will be operational by September 2007.
