AMARA - PHASE 1

• Updates

1. Land Development and Hardscaping Works 100% completed.
2. Eighty five (85) lots were successfully turned over, two (2) move-ins and two (2) houses under construction.
3. AMARA Clubhouse: Swimming pool, Beach Bar, Social and Function Rooms are available for lot owner's use.

AMARA - PHASE 2 (Land Development)

• Updates - Eleven (11) lots were successfully turned over.  One (1) is under construction. 

1. Serenity Park
   -          Physical Accomplishment Completed
    
2. Sports Facilities
   -          Physical Accomplishment (Building): 99.07%
   -          The Landscaping (Hardscape and Softscape) works will be completed on March 30, 2009

AMARA - PHASE 3A (Land Development)

• Updates/Activities 

1. On-going works for the drainage, sewer and water lines.
2. On-going base preparation at Road 13, portion of Road 1 and concrete pouring at pavement of Road 10,9 & portion of Road 1.

AMARA - North Tranche 1 (Land Development)

• Updates/Activities

1. Guardhouse: 86.41% Completed        
2. On going works on access road from AMARA North guard house.
