Amara - Phase 1

1. Land Development and Hardscaping Works 100% completed.
2. Administration office at the Clubhouse is fully functional. A Technical Assistant is on duty to attend to lot owners technical concerns.
3. Amara Clubhouse : Swimming pool, Beach Bar, Social and Function Rooms are available for lot owner's use.
4. Eighty nine (89) lots were successfully turned over to lot owners, three (3) move-ins and two (2) houses under construction as of June 15, 2009.

Amara - Phase 2
