Yes, pets are allowed but
commercial breeding is prohibited. Pets are not
allowed to roam around without supervision.
Pets, such as dogs, should be on a leash when
roamed around by their owner in the subdivision. |

Fences are not allowed in front, facing the main

Design Guidelines will be provided
to individual lot owners. The Lotowners
architect can also recommend this. |

- Isnt the
area threatened by strong typhoons or even tsunami?
|
The risk assessment study shows
that Cebu is not on the path nor is it near a
fault line, hence a tsunami is remote. Moreover,
the waves will not reach the esplanade area even
during high tides and heavy storms. The entire
Mactan channel would serve as a wave breaker for
waves going towards Amara. |
