There are two essential components to Reservation: the Form and the Deposit.
You can conveniently download the Reservation Agreement Form then pay the Reservation Deposit online.

  1. Download and fill out the Reservation Agreement Form.
  2. The form should be fully accomplished with accurate details and faxed to: (6332) 232-4494.
  3. You can then proceed with the Online Payment. The Reservation Deposit is Php 50,000.00 or Php 100,000.00 depending on the property type. Please make sure to confirm Reservation Deposit amount.

Since the time needed for completing the reservation process varies according to how soon the buyer completes the requirements, we will take the property out of available inventory once we process and approve your reservation request.

Through our Sales Reservation System, our Brokers/Sellers or Property Specialist will check if the property is available, then hold it for you. Afterwards, he will inform you that the property has been successfully put on hold for you.

You can then proceed with the rest of our reservation process. The required documents vary depending on the type of property you purchased. The following are required documents from Ayala Land Premier when you reserve a property:

  1. For Spot Cash, fill out the Information Sheet. Choose whether Individual or Corporate or ;
  2. For Installment, fill out the Installment Purchase Application (IPA) Form. Choose whether Individual or Corporate

Please note that the reservation period is valid only for fifteen (15) days from the date of reservation. This means that on or before Day 15, either full payment of the total purchase price or the downpayment of an installment purchase must be made.

Subject to confirmation, the priority of the lot is based on actual date and time of the faxed Reservation Agreement Form.
